Built by a physician who got tired of watching capable adults blame their discipline.
RYLOME is an education company. That distinction is not a legal footnote — it is the reason the product is shaped the way it is.
Why this exists
In clinical practice you meet the same person over and over. They are intelligent, they are successful at difficult things, and they have a drawer full of expired programme subscriptions. They have been told to eat better, sleep more and manage their stress by four different sources, none of which knew that they fly on Tuesdays, that their knee is bad, that they are two years into perimenopause, or that they collapse at nine in the evening rather than at lunchtime.
Then they are handed the explanation that they lack discipline. It is the wrong diagnosis, and it is expensive: it makes people stop trying.
RYLOME is the alternative. Teach the physiology properly. Build the day around the person’s actual week. Assume they will miss days and design for the return instead of punishing it. And keep the private things private.

Who is behind it.
Jerome Cordova, MD
A physician based in Tempe, Arizona, with a clinical and healthcare-operations background. He leads the curriculum: what gets taught, in what order, to what evidential standard, and where the lines are drawn.
In his RYLOME role he is an educator, not your prescriber. RYLOME does not provide clinical care, and his separate clinical practice is kept structurally distinct from this company.
Rylie Martinez
Owns the movement and training side of the curriculum — the programmes, the progressions, the substitutions for a bad knee or a hotel room, and the coaching voice inside the app.
Her full background and credentials will appear here in her own words before founding seats open. We would rather leave this paragraph visibly unfinished than fill it with adjectives.
How the company is put together, and why that matters to you.
RYLOME operates as an education company. It sells curriculum, coaching structure, community and credentials. It does not bill for clinical services, and it does not take a share of anyone’s medical revenue for sending you to them.
Over time we intend to help members in some states connect with independent licensed clinicians when they want clinical care. Where that exists it will be a neutral directory of vetted clinicians, described as vetted rather than recommended, kept separate from the curriculum, and never a condition of membership. Any state where that structure cannot be built cleanly simply will not have it.
What RYLOME produces for you is a track — an educational protocol. It is not a plan from a clinician, not a prescription and not a course of treatment, and we will not describe it as any of those things in order to sound more impressive.
One hundred founding members. Then we build it with them.
You will get scope, pricing and the exact list of what is live before you are asked for anything.
