Training, nutrition, sleep, psychology and physician-led education, finally talking to each other.
Six systems, one daily screen. Here is every part of it, in the order you meet it.

Executive onboarding
Fourteen questions, about six minutes, no laboratory result required.
- Goal, lifestyle, schedule, travel pattern, equipment and training history
- Dietary pattern, allergies and how you actually eat during a working week
- Relevant limitations, injuries and medications — recorded so the plan respects them, never to diagnose anything
- Baseline weight, measurements, photos, energy, sleep and stress, all optional and all private
- Sex-specific branching: men are never asked about pregnancy or postpartum, and the guidance differs, not just the wording
- Optional wearable connection later, never a requirement to begin
Today’s Protocol
The one screen the whole product is built around.
- Today’s session, with sets, reps, target load and cues
- Your protein floor and fibre target for the day
- Water floor and a step floor, both adjusted for travel and training intensity
- One mindset piece or a paced breathing run you can actually finish
- A sleep window with a real lights-out clock time, worked back from your wake anchor
- A short note from your coaching team, and a simple checkmark on every item
- It adapts: poor sleep, travel or reported soreness rewrite the day automatically
Adaptive training
Progressive strength that survives your calendar.
- Beginner through advanced programmes that advance on their own
- Weight, repetition and strength history, so progression is visible
- Equipment substitutions and injury-conscious alternatives
- Gym, home, hotel and twenty-minute executive modes
- Capability tests — dead hang, sit-to-stand, load carried, walk distance — because performance is worth measuring publicly in a way that body composition is not
- Optional form-video submission for feedback
Low-friction nutrition
A floor and a target, not a ledger you will abandon by Thursday.
- Personalised protein floor and ceiling and a fibre target, derived from your own answers
- A grocery list sized to the days you are actually home, grouped by aisle
- Restaurant, airport and hotel guidance instead of a rule you will break
- Substitutions that respect your dietary pattern and allergies
- Modes for fat loss, muscle building, maintenance and GLP-1 medication support
- No moral language about food. Nothing is clean, dirty, cheating or earned
Psychology and behaviour
The layer most programmes leave out and then blame you for.
- Daily check-ins on mood, stress, cravings and energy — recorded, never assessed
- Six friction modules built around how you specifically come unstuck
- A minimum viable day and a one-thing mode for weeks that fall apart
- Guided paced breathing with a real timer, journaling that stays private, and environment-design work
- A re-entry pathway after a break instead of a restart and a broken streak
- Implementation intentions and trigger stacking, taught as tools rather than slogans
Recovery and sleep
A clock time you can act on tonight.
- A wake anchor you choose, and a lights-out and wind-down time calculated back from it
- Honest copy about the night after a bad night, including not chasing it early
- Caffeine and alcohol timing based on what the evidence supports
- Life-stage specifics, including thermoregulatory changes in perimenopause
- Paced breathing at four seconds in and six out, with a visible pacer
One dashboard, and an honest note about timing.
The unified health view is designed to bring Apple Health, Apple Watch, Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Fitbit and smart scales into a single set of trends: sleep and recovery, heart rate and variability, activity and steps, weight and lean mass, strength and cardiorespiratory fitness, and your own energy, stress and mood entries.
Being straight with you: each of those connections needs a registered developer credential and an approved redirect on our own domain, and Apple Health has no server interface at all — it needs a native iOS app to read from the phone. So the data model, the trend charts and the connect screens are being built now, and individual connections switch on as each approval lands. Founding members get told which ones are live, by name, before they pay anything.
The same honesty applies to two other things people ask about. Meal photograph and barcode logging need a licensed food database and a vision call per meal, so the first release ships fast protein estimation from chips instead. And filmed exercise demonstrations are a production job — the first release carries photography with written sets, reps and cues.

What gets counted, and what stays yours.
Counted, ringed and shareable
- Actions completed — the session, the protein floor, the wind-down
- Lessons finished and questions answered correctly
- Capability tests: dead hang, sit-to-stand, load carried, walk distance
- Days closed, and the level you have reached in the curriculum
Private vault only
- Weight and body-weight trend
- Measurements and body-fat estimates
- Progress photographs
- Journal entries, mood and stress check-ins
Nothing in this column is scored, streaked, ranked, put on a leaderboard or shown to another member. Ever.
The app is being built now. One hundred founding seats.
